Anti -Aging Cream Goodbye aging skin!

Beautiful and firm skin is the dream of pretty much everyone. Anti-aging creams can help. What else you should know about the cream, you will learn here.
Pretty much all of us get wrinkles at some point, but of course, no one wants to have them. An annoying topic, which will, unfortunately, appear at some point willy-nilly!
Numerous factors influence our skin, our diet, and our lifestyle as well as internal influences (e.g. genes) and external factors (e.g. UV radiation or pollutants in the air).
If wrinkles appear despite a balanced and healthy diet, sport, little sunbathing, sufficient sleep, and so on, this is by no means a reason to stop - quite the opposite, because our skin has to withstand a lot every day. An extensive moisturizing cream is needed.

How do anti-aging creams work against wrinkles?
Now is the time for an anti-aging cream, because they nourish, regenerates, and smooths the skin. Perfect, therefore, to prevent the first small wrinkles as well as possible and to soften existing wrinkles. Of course, we would like to have a visible result immediately after applying an anti-aging cream, but for this, we must first have a little patience. To achieve a visible anti-aging effect, the cream must contain the right concentration of active ingredients.

Which contents are essential in the care among other things, and why, you can read here:

  • low-molecular hyaluronic acid is the so-called "water reservoir" of the skin, which provides elasticity and resilience.
  • Retinol (vitamin A) inhibits the breakdown of collagen, lightens age spots, and helps build skin structure and cell renewal.
  • L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is an antioxidant, so it neutralizes free radicals that contribute to skin aging, but also helps fight age spots and soothes inflammation. Vitamin C also provides a stable collagen framework, so it tightens the skin, slowing down the formation of wrinkles and thus keeping the skin wrinkle-free for longer.
  • Vitamin E protects against free radicals that attack the skin's structure, supports cell renewal, and provides moisture to the stratum corneum so that the skin does not dry out as quickly and gains more elasticity.
  • Peptides are many, to achieve the desired effects around anti-aging, an optimal combination of peptides and antioxidants in creams is crucial. Peptides carry the important function of smoothing wrinkles and promoting the body's own production of collagen to look young and as wrinkle-free as possible while strengthening the skin's protective barrier.
  • Urea binds moisture and keeps it inside the skin to protect it from dehydration.

At what point should we start using a cream with hyaluronic acid and retinol?
Cell renewal usually slows down from the age of 25.
The first small wrinkles then often form from the age of 30 to 35, because the older we are, the more the skin loses tone and elasticity. And the blood circulation and sebum production of the skin also decreases.
Basically, wrinkles are also partly predisposed, which is why you may develop small wrinkles a little earlier.
The moisture reserves of our skin are then no longer as well filled as before and cell renewal is also decelerated. Creams with hyaluronic acid and retinol help us to reduce wrinkles, provide the skin with sufficient moisture, protect it from environmental influences, and at the same time conjure up young and naturally beautiful-looking skin. If the cream contains a sun protection factor, the care for your face is perfect, because so your skin is also protected from UV radiation.

Welcome skin rejuvenation
Around the age of 50, most women enter menopause, and hormonal changes occur, which can also be noticeable on the skin.
The skin becomes drier from year to year and increasingly shows deeper wrinkles. At this point at the latest - but preferably before - it is important that you give your skin appropriate care in the form of at least one cream, because - as you know - your skin becomes more demanding and drier more quickly with increasing age.
An intensive cream with hyaluronic acid and retinol, for example, will support the skin sufficiently, protect it from this accordingly and make the skin look beautifully young.

From the age of 60 and older, you then need particularly rich creams with anti-aging, which are intended for mature skin. Numerous care products come into question for this. Especially recommended then are creams with the ingredients: Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Urea, Retinol, Hyaluronic Acid, Coenzyme Q10 as well as minerals. Trace elements such as magnesium, copper, zinc, silicon, folic acid, or phosphorus are also among the ingredients of a suitable and good cream.

Which anti-aging cream is right for me?
Creams with hyaluronic acid, retinol, and co. should do one thing above all: moisturize. In no case should they weigh down the skin? If this is the case for you, you can be sure that it is not the perfect cream for your skin.

Anti-aging creams come in a variety. While it is important that an anti-aging day cream is quickly absorbed and has a light consistency so that you can use it as a base for your makeup, your anti-aging night cream can be a bit richer. The deciding factor for which cream is best for you is indicated by your skin type. Dry skin, for example, enjoys generous moisture, oily skin, or combination skin, on the other hand, has other needs and does not want to receive even more moisture.

Time for the perfect facial care
A face serum is a perfect complement to an anti-aging cream. If you use both, you will quickly notice that the combination and concentration are perfect for your skin and complements each other greatly. As a result, your skin will feel supple and beautiful and look young and smooth, so you wouldn't want to miss out on either the serum or the cream.

Properties of a serum:
Serums give the skin intense nourishment. Although they contain highly concentrated ingredients, they usually provide the skin with sufficient nourishing active ingredients only in combination with a rich cream.
They have a light, liquid-to gel-like consistency, but are by no means lipid-replenishing.
Facial serums are super popular, not least thanks to their individual applicability.
Compared to anti-aging creams, they are absorbed into the skin relatively quickly.
