I created the healthy to talk about depression and anxiety. This blog focuses on how depression and anxiety work together, and how we can overcome them both. With two mental illnesses, we’re facing twice the battle. It’s not enough to be strong or brave; we have to be both.
This blog is part of a wider network of healthy communities. Though my posts touch on other mental health & chronic illnesses, the main focus is on Major Depressive Disorder, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, and Social Anxiety.
